About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a Community Aged Care and Orthopaedic rehabilitation caseload in South Brisbane. In this role, you will be treating clients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological, and cardio-respiratory. The primary referral base is those under home care packages, with some NDIS referrals. You will enjoy working alongside highly qualified and experienced therapists and providing a collaborative approach to all services. Key Responsibilities- Treating clients with acute and chronic conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological, and cardio-respiratory
- Working with clients under home care packages and NDIS referrals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored recovery plans
- Providing a collaborative approach to all services
- Building a caseload close to home in a mobile role
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 1 year's experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Police Check
- Level 2 First Aid
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccination
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
