About Our Client:
We are working with a specialist provider of community-based aged care allied health services in Brisbane. They are seeking a Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team, working closely with clients to set targeted goals and optimise health outcomes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a caseload mostly focused on aged care (90% HCP) and a small caseload of NDIS (10%). You will work alongside a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Osteopaths to provide evidence-based treatment. This is a mobile role, providing person-centred intervention within the clients' home environment.
You will be supported by a fantastic leadership team and have access to an external mentor and professional development opportunities.
