Position: Appointment Setter (Casual)

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, offering them the opportunity to schedule a free hearing test.

- Accurately record and update client information and appointment details.

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering any enquiries and addressing concerns with utmost professionalism.

- Work closely with the owner to ensure appointment scheduling and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of accurately recording and updating client information.

- Previous experience in customer service or appointment setting is preferred although not required.
