Salon Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, who can inspire and motivate their team members to deliver exceptional results.

As a Salon Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the overall direction of the salon, driving performance, and contributing to the growth of the business.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for leading by example with luxury service delivery, coaching and developing your team, and driving performance through smart sales reviews.

You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques, and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Luxury Service Delivery: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high-quality experience.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance through regular review and feedback sessions.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Requirements:
  • Fully Qualified Hairdresser (Minimum 5 Years' Experience)
  • Positive and Kind Leader with Integrity
  • Previous Salon Manager Experience with Strong Leadership Ability
  • Natural Organiser with Excellent Time Management
