Hotel Guest Services Assistant

We are a 5-star luxury hotel located next to the beautiful Hyde Park and on the doorstep of vibrant restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment venues in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of guests every day, including corporate and leisure visitors.

We welcome candidates who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests upon arrival and departure, including assistance with luggage and other needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and popular locations to recommend to guests.
  • Support front office operations to ensure a smooth guest journey and high service standards.
Qualifications
  • Able to lift and carry luggage and other items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
