Job Description:

As a Bakery Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery department. This includes managing inventory levels, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all products meet quality expectations. You will also be required to provide training and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
