Job Opportunity: Liquor Assistant Manager

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Liquor Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a small team to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, strong computer skills, and experience in inventory management. Additionally, they will hold an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and be able to motivate and coach their team to achieve all business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry and has a strong desire to progress their career. If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve set key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the store's ordering process and maintain control of inventory levels.
  • Maintain our high standards of customer service.
  • Motivate, coach, and lead a small team to achieve all business objectives.
  • Ensure store presentation guidelines are met.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
