We are seeking an experienced Structural Drafter to join our multidisciplinary consultancy team in Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the driving seat in building documentation from concept to completion and impart your knowledge to a growing team of drafters. You will be involved in project start-up meetings, collaborate within the team to come up with effective solutions during the design development phase, and stay abreast of emerging technologies.

About the Role
  • We require a highly skilled drafter with 3+ years of experience in Revit/Autocad and familiarity with structural steel, concrete, and post-tensioned slabs.

You will be responsible for high-quality modeling, documentation, collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication. As a senior drafter, you will have the opportunity to tackle new and challenging projects, working on a few major new building projects recently won by our consultancy.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to resolve design/construction challenges across disciplines.
  • Familiarity with implementing new procedures and best practices to drive efficiency is essential.
