About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you will oversee and develop an assigned team of skilled Diesel Technicians in the workshop.

Working Monday to Friday, your key objective will be to ensure all set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and our customers receive a positive experience with each interaction.

You will be reporting to the Service Supervisor and will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians
  • Driving continuous improvement in service labour targets with repair and maintenance work
  • Leading by example and being an advocate for our core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Commitment

About You:

You will be a true leader with a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring a team of professionals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

  • Qualified Mobile Plant Diesel Mechanic
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
