Customer Banking Specialist Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working with customers to meet their financial needs? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This full-time opportunity will see you working with customers across various channels, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team will be key in delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build meaningful connections with customers through face-to-face and digital interactions, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial requirements and provide solutions using in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service issues that may arise.
