About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team at LiveBig in Perth. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with disability, providing high-quality support in home or community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans in line with the person's goals and NDIS plans
  • Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical & interpersonal assessments of people in a range of environments
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills

Requirements

  • Ideally Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline
  • Must hold or have applied for Core registration as a minimum with the NDIS Commission
  • Experience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and families

  • Can be based anywhere in Perth - ideally Northern Perth (hybrid role)
  • Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload
