Design Excellence Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Leader to spearhead the design strategy of a high-end residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-end residential design projects, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive design quality and manage projects to timeframes.

The role offers a rare opportunity to shape the business, working closely with the founder to develop and implement design strategies. International travel may be required, particularly to the Middle East and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client management, design direction, and design management of a high-end residential portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Construction and Development arms to ensure integration of development, design, and construction processes
  • Drive design quality, manage projects to agreed timeframes, and meet client expectations
  • Engage in international travel as required and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients

Ideal Skillset:

  • 20 years of experience in high-end residential design
  • Registered Architect in QLD
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence, client management finesse, and polished presentation ability

Requirements:

  • Australian Working Rights must be proven
  • International experience working on similar typology will be welcomed
