- Residential Aged Care - Regional Areas
- Seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses
- Permanent FULL TIME
- Competitive rates dependent on experience plus superannuation

The Role:
- Conduct assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes.
- Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care.
- Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner.
- Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis
- Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
- Provide clinical advice and education to personal care staff to ensure appropriate care.
The successful candidate will have:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience ideally in an aged care working in a residential setting
- Able to work AM, PM and Night shifts - Monday - Sunday
- Able to work across Permanent shifts - 10 shifts per fortnight
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening
