Residential Services Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Residential Services team at Dalkeith Gardens.

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to each individual's needs.
  • Supervise and administer medication safely and effectively in accordance with Benetas policies and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation; complete resident assessments, incident investigation and related care documents in order to meet accreditation standards.
  • Commit to maintaining the lifestyle, wellbeing and safety of the residents at all times.
  • Undertake clinical monitoring of residents and escalate changes as required.
  • Provide staff with clear direction and guidance and actively promote positive working relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed).
  • Experienced in a Team Leader role, with a minimum of 2 years' in Aged Care setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour.
  • A natural ability to build relationships that make a difference.
  • Ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect.
