We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Health and Safety initiatives. As an experienced HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safety-first culture across our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements on all project sites. This includes leading regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams on HSE practices and protocols
  • Maintaining accurate records of site inspections and risk assessments
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HSE initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in WHS or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
