About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roadside Mechanic to join our dynamic roadside team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members while ensuring their vehicles are safely repaired and returned to the road.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. You will work independently, managing your own kit and van, and handle reports with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough vehicle inspections and repairs using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with members and responding to their needs promptly
  • Work efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
