Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Mechanic to join our team. As a flexible and adaptable roadside assistance provider, you will provide support to our members when they need it most.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You will work on a variety of vehicles, from routine repairs to more complex issues, using your technical skills and knowledge to find solutions.

You will be responsible for managing your own kit, keeping your van stocked, and handling reports with precision. You will also be expected to read situations effectively, making the right call to find the best fix for each member's vehicle.

Your Skills and Experience
  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
