Overview of the Role:

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity of critical infrastructure across our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of site assets to identify defects and report on findings.
  • Perform structural analysis and design of non-complex structures.
  • Review technical drawings and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide expertise on fixed plant, balanced machines, and supporting infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in structural design, analysis, and inspection.
  • Solid understanding of mining equipment and fixed plant operations.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems, especially as it relates to infrastructure performance.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical and civil engineering principles in mining or heavy industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Membership (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia.
  • Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
  • Valid C-Class WA Driver's Licence.
