Role Overview

As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience by ensuring revenue for the shift is accurately accounted for and daily activities are balanced.
  • Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
  • Set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and conference service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carrying out regular stock takes.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
  • Staff skill testing, training and development to maintain a constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
  • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, and utensils and other materials and equipment.
  • Handle any escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate within outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
  • Previous Food and Beverage Management experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
