Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for all employees
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Generate and lodge regular reports on payroll, adherence to laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with current payroll compliance, best practices, and legislative requirements
  • Perform periodic calculations of statutory payroll obligations, including superannuation, PAYG, and BAS
  • Calculate and issue employee leave and termination payments as required
  • Manage expense reports and perform account reconciliation
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in payroll functions within a large company
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment that values collaboration and support
