Are you a meticulous professional seeking a new challenge? This position offers the opportunity to utilize your exceptional Excel skills in a large-scale payroll project.

About the Role

This role involves providing support for data analysis and auditing, as well as assisting with payroll and HR data tasks. You will also have the chance to work with SharePoint to enhance efficiency and implement changes in usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with back-dated and manual data entry for payroll processing
  • Support annual salary review, including back-pay and split pay run adjustments
  • Review and validate staff work schedules for payroll accuracy
  • Organize large amounts of payroll data using Excel
  • Extract reports and provide support for reconciliations
  • Assist with SharePoint clean-up by reviewing and structuring data into electronic files
  • Offer general project support with payroll processes
About You
  • Prior experience working on large, data-driven payroll projects is essential
  • Intermediate level or above proficiency in Excel is required
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach are crucial
  • Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable
  • Must be immediately available and able to commit to the project duration of 4-6 months
