Professional Aged Care Occupational Therapy Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Juniper Korumup, located in Albany.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused services to both residential and transitional care program customers.
Key responsibilities include conducting resident assessments, determining individual capabilities and preferences, and setting realistic goals that help maintain or restore independence for all of our customers.
Additionally, you will work closely with residents and their families to provide personalized support and guidance, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each individual.
Our ideal candidate will possess current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist and have previous experience in aged care, preferably in a similar role.
They will also demonstrate empathy for elderly clients and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with other health professionals and service providers.
