Occupational Therapist Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide OT services to adults with disabilities in a supported accommodation setting.
">About the Role:
">- ">
- Liaise with stakeholders, including health professionals, family members and community members to develop individualised support plans.">
- Conduct evidence-based Occupational therapy assessments and interventions in participants' homes and communities.">
- Provide therapy services individually and as part of an inter-disciplinary team.">
- Document accurate and timely reports of therapy sessions.">
- Support senior clinical staff by contributing to initiatives related to service delivery and continuous improvement.">
- Recommend assistive technology based on participants' goals and funding.">
- Consult with participants, families and staff to provide advice and information.">
- Supervise and mentor other staff members.">
- Work collaboratively with NDIS participants, families and supporting networks to improve effectiveness and drive positive outcomes.">
- Work within the NDIS funding framework and meet quality standards.">
Key Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or approved equivalent qualification.">
- Graduates encouraged to apply.">
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.">
- Understanding of the needs and rights of people living with disability.">
- Ability to assess and plan Occupational Therapy services to achieve high-quality outcomes.">
