- Collaborate with industry and community stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for students and broader societal benefit.
- Drive impactful research, securing competitive grants, leading major projects, and mentoring emerging scholars to achieve excellence.
- Inspire through innovative teaching, shaping curricula, motivating students, and leading colleagues in best-practice learning and teaching.
- Build and sustain powerful partnerships locally, nationally, and globally, delivering meaningful outcomes for the academic community.
- Lead with influence across the School and University, fostering a collegial, inclusive, and high-achieving academic culture.
- Completion of a doctoral qualification in a relevant field and comprehensive experience as an academic leader.
- Registration as a nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Evidence of involvement in, and impact on, the development of their discipline/field.
- A clear and coherent research program with a strong track record of active, sustained and productive engagement in high-quality research.
