About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Mandurah.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients of all ages and abilities, providing timely therapeutic services and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Your caseload will include early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC, offering diverse opportunities for growth and development.

You will have the flexibility to work across both clinic and community settings, selecting hours and days that suit your individual needs.

  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Deliver early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
  • Assess and implement therapy for literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC
  • Provide functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management support for adults
  • Support neuro-affirming strategies for individuals of all age groups

Requirements
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
