We're seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As one of the largest providers to the NDIS, we support over 10,000 participants every year.

Job Description

We're expanding our Mandurah Speech Pathology team and are excited to welcome an experienced Speech Pathologist who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.

No two days will be the same, as you assist individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.

We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests, covering areas of early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.

You'll manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services, working with our Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching, School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation, and Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions for individuals with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes
