Multimedia Marketing Assets Manager

About the Role:

The Multimedia Marketing Assets Manager is responsible for leading a team of creatives in designing and developing high-quality marketing assets that drive sales and customer engagement.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams to deliver campaigns and promotions that meet our brand's goals and objectives.

You will guide your team to achieve their full potential, foster a positive work environment, and support skill development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end creation of multimedia marketing assets, including design, copy, photography, and animation
  • Review and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and design quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creative output across channels
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their career goals
  • Support scalability through documentation, process improvement, and resource management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve goals
  • Experience in retail graphic design preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
