Job Title: Graphic & Copy Manager (12 Month Max Term) About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our creative team in developing engaging marketing assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end multimedia marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and guiding a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation of multimedia marketing assets, including graphic design, copywriting, photography, and animation.
  • Review and provide feedback on design quality and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the creative output of in-house designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve set goals.
  • Support team skill development and growth, as well as scalability through documentation, process improvement, and resource management.
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring to build a strong team.
  • Manage project traffic and workload for timely delivery.
About You
  • You have previous experience in a similar role with demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve set goals.
  • Experience in retail graphic design is preferred.
  • You have impeccable organisational skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation, and learning.
