Job Specification:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Pharmacist to join our busy and successful dispensary operations. Our pharmacy has a large dispensary with a daily team of 10, including Dispensary Technicians, Interns, and students, along with general pharmacy staff.
The successful candidate will be working with the Minfos dispense system and will be required to have proficiency in the system. Additionally, they will need to be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmacy services to patients
- Work collaboratively with the dispensary team to ensure efficient dispensing of medications
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions and medications
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Proficiency with the Minfos computer system
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $48/hr weekdays, $60/hr Saturdays, and $65/hr Sundays
- Flexible working hours with a negotiable roster
