Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a high-impact role that involves delivering scalable, people-focused solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

About the Role

This role will play a key part in driving business transformation by designing, configuring, and optimising solutions across D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Centre). You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of AI-enabled tools and case management workflows, as well as leading workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, configuring, and optimising solutions across D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Centre)
  • Supporting the delivery of AI-enabled tools and case management workflows
  • Leading workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Collaborating with solution architects, analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Assisting with data migration from legacy platforms into D365
  • Contributing to testing, training, and change management initiatives
  • Supporting system performance, data integrity, and platform security
  • Helping embed Agile delivery and DevOps practices across the solution lifecycle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience: Delivering functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong understanding: Of CRM workflows, process automation, and data models
  • Experience: With Power Platform tools and integration patterns
  • Excellent skills: In stakeholder engagement and documentation
  • Familiarity: With compliance frameworks and secure data handling practices
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency: Required
  • Microsoft certifications: Highly regarded
