Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning maintenance work safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost.

This role involves working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and external vendors to obtain specific information related to onshore maintenance requirements. The goal is to ensure that maintenance activities are executed correctly and in accordance with client procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various teams to gather necessary information for maintenance execution plans.
  • Provide expert advice and support on estimating and work pack preparation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and coordinate mechanical work packs resource estimations and supporting documentation to meet client needs.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement to minimize costs.
  • Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools, including daily use of SAP.
Requirements
  • Relevant mechanical trade or engineering qualification is essential.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP, is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of the work life cycle, including building work packs, planning/scheduling and site execution, is crucial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is required.
  • Willingsness to travel to site as per business requirements.
