We are partnering with a leading retail brand to deliver a high-impact ERP implementation program.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future state of a complex retail organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The Role

  • Lead the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and delivery.
  • Conduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future states.
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignment.
  • Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation.
  • Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program.
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future state.
  • Collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principles.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan, in partnership with the ERP Project Manager.
  • Act as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testing.
  • Drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities.
  • Support the redesign of work papers and schedules to enable efficient data integration.
  • Maintain an internal issue and improvement log, supporting resolution and continuous process improvement.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience with ERP implementations and Netsuite.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Proven ability to easily troubleshoot, document, escalate, track and resolve issues. Ability to develop strategies, and implement solutions.
  • Background in Finance and finance ERP projects.
  • Strong process improvement, automation and finance transformation experience.

Apart from contributing to a significant organisational change, you will be working closely with various teams across the business, influencing the success of the company through process improvements and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities will include leading on the creation of business requirement documents, facilitating stakeholder engagement, designing comprehensive solution documentation and driving data migration readiness.

You will also have opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making at senior levels, and implementing changes that positively impact the entire organisation.
