About the Role:

  • This position requires a highly skilled and experienced pool operations specialist to lead our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pool maintenance, water treatment, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of pool equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including cash handling and stock management.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and kiosk teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A certified lifeguard with experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
