Pharmacist In Charge Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to lead our team in Rockhampton, Australia.

Job Description:

As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy team, providing outstanding customer service, and leading by example. You will also be involved in vaccinations, DAA provision, and other professional pharmacy services. If you have a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
  • Vaccination accreditation, including COVID and flu (preferred but not essential)
  • People management experience within a community pharmacy setting
  • Effective dispensary skills
  • Clear and friendly communication style

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-$65 per hour, plus super, depending on your skill set. We also provide flexible working arrangements, a relocation package, and subsidised accommodation for the first 6 months. Additionally, we support further professional development, potentially leading to full-scope of practice registration.
