As a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of technical solutions and infrastructure to support business growth, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Manage a team of x3 Cloud / Systems Engineers and hire additional members to expand your team from Ops into Cloud & Projects.">
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time by providing coaching, performance management, and facilitating sufficient resources to manage backlogs.">
  • Develop strong technical skills and engage with business, architecture, and technical resources during projects.">
  • Maintain the stability and security of the environment as a gatekeeper for changes and continually improve the change management process.">

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

">
  • ">
  • Good experience managing infrastructure services in AWS Cloud environments (admin, automated deployments, monitoring, security etc).">
  • Experience with Linux OS based servers or Windows.">
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC tools) such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, ARM, AWS CDK etc.">
  • Experience with coding/scripting such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.">
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking stack and services.">
  • Experience in O365, Azure, and general Microsoft (AAD, Exchange online, SharePoint etc).">
  • General interest and basic understanding of cyber security practices and products.">
