Job Title: General Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead multi-site operations functions across Queensland. This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services, drive innovation and deliver strategic growth.

  • Manage all operational support functions;
  • Build and lead high-performing multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Oversee strategic planning, operational governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Modernise operational systems, processes, and ICT infrastructure;
  • Drive organisational effectiveness, operational excellence, and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation;

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, Management or related field (postgraduate preferred).
  • 10+ years in senior operational or general management roles within health, disability, or community sectors.
  • Proven leadership in complex operations, quality and risk frameworks, and financial management.
  • Skilled at mentoring and developing teams, fostering high-performance culture, and driving change.
