This role requires the ability to design and implement scalable technical solutions, stay up-to-date with industry advancements, and communicate complex concepts effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement innovative technical solutions that meet business requirements and technology standards.
  2. Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and clients about technical advancements and best practices.
  3. Demonstrate technical feasibility through proof-of-concept solutions.
  4. Align technical design with business goals and technology standards.
  5. Evaluate constraints and identify alternatives for process re-engineering.
  6. Develop comprehensive design documents and guide development teams in adopting best practices.
  7. Conduct code, design, and architectural reviews.
  8. Define implementation approaches, algorithms, and code structures.
  9. Lead initiatives to pilot new technologies and assess their adoption feasibility.
  10. Mentor engineers to build technical competencies.
Requirements
  • Functional Expertise:
    • Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale technical projects.
    • Expertise in analyzing customer requirements and developing fitment analysis.
    • Experience working on project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, facilitation of decision-making, and managing client expectations.
    • Ability to estimate complex technical implementation programs.
    • Strong knowledge of performance tuning in technical implementations.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience working with CRM systems, including custom workflow assemblies and Power Apps.
    • Understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, and development of high-level designs within defined frameworks and patterns.
    • Comprehensive understanding of functional modules including Sales, Customer Insights, and Customer Service.
Education & Certifications
  1. Certification in MS Dynamics 365 Power Platform basics.
  2. Relevant certifications in technical fields.
Key Skills
  • Strong documentation, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • Previous work experience with international clients.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
