The primary goal is to ensure the well-being and safety of residents in a retirement village setting.
About the Role- Oversee the management of the village, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the village lead in interactions with residents, residents' committees, and local community engagement to promote resident satisfaction.
- Ensuring the village has fully functional emergency systems and procedures in place for the safety of residents.
- Effectively handling incoming complaints and promoting social activities programs to enhance resident experience.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the village, including sales and marketing collaboration, asset management, and market trends.
- Strong sales and marketing skills are desirable.
- Previous experience within a Retirement Living environment is essential.
- A good understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and Residential Home Care Packages would be an advantage.
