Steel Framing Installation Crew Lead

We are seeking a skilled Steel Framing Installation Crew to join our team in Adelaide metro. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of installation crew members, ensuring high-quality workmanship on site, and maintaining accurate records of jobs completed and materials used.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients to understand their steel framing requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled installation crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of job progress, including materials used and time spent on each project.
- A valid SA Contractor Licence (Supervisor Licence desirable).
- White Cards for all workers involved in the project.
- Recent first fix framing experience in steel construction.
- Proof of PL Insurance covering $20M or more.
- Return to Work SA registration.
- Ongoing work in Adelaide metro with opportunities for growth and development.
