This apprenticeship opportunity will see you working with a host employer in the Northern Adelaide Suburbs, undertaking a Certificate III in Carpentry over 4 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Construct, erect, install, finish and repair structures and fixtures on residential and commercial buildings.
- Fixing architraves to steel frames.
- Fixing walls and ceilings to steel frames.
- Fixing Door jams to steel frames.
You may also be required to:
- Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry.
- Be willing to work on big commercial sites.
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence, and be willing to travel due to changing sites.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in this trade.
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labour.
- Be able to use initiative and communicate well to work in a team.
- Hold a current White Card (or be willing to obtain prior to starting).
