Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Donation Ambassador. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to Champion Reuse by accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring all donations are handled with care and respect. Additionally, you will educate donors and customers about the wonderful work of our not-for-profit partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept donations from the public
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Educate donors and customers about our not-for-profit partners
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively. You must also be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements:
  • Availability for part-time hours – Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm
