About Us

We are a Christian education organization dedicated to developing each student spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. Our mission is to equip students to flourish in their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.

We have 14 schools across 5 states and are the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.

Our primary school is a K-6, co-educational, Christian institution located in Sydney's North West corridor. We currently have over 1300 students learning with us on-campus and over 700 students via our Distance Education program.

We prioritize Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing as pedagogical approaches that develop deep learning.

Our staff are supported by an in-house pedagogical coaching team and an open professional learning culture where staff learn with and from each other.

The Role

We seek a Primary Curriculum Leader to provide strategic leadership and support for quality teaching and learning in our primary school. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, documenting, and implementing curriculum in Kindergarten to Year 6 that includes Biblical perspectives and complies with NESA requirements.
  • Leading and championing the College's unique dual mode (On Campus and Distance Education).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Christian faith.
  • Suitable qualifications and/or experience in administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to receive feedback and be a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Holding a current Employee Working With Children Check.
