About the Role
St Vincent\u2019s Medical Imaging Department (MID) is a tertiary imaging department providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic and interventional imaging services to SVHM\u2019s inpatients and outpatients.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical Radiography, performing imaging examinations across a number of modalities and sites within SVHM to a high diagnostic standard.
- Fulfill duties in General X-ray, Theatre, Fluoroscopy, CT (and additional modalities where appropriately trained).
- Participate in a shift roster, including after-hours shifts and weekends.
- Ability to contribute effectively as a participative team member within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation or equivalent.
- National registration with AHPRA to practice as a Medical Imaging Technologist and a valid radiation use license.
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
