About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Miller Leith Sydney. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert guidance on our exquisite fine jewellery collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our esteemed clientele, providing tailored solutions to meet their luxury needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fine jewellery trends and collections, ensuring you can offer expert advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Work closely with our higher management and Head Office team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the luxury sales industry.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in luxury sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A genuine appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship of fine jewellery.
  • Impeccable communication skills, allowing you to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele.
  • Elegance, poise, and an innate sense of style that resonates with our brand's culture.
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a keen eye for detail.
