Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for our terminal operations.
- Plan materials, resources, equipment, and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works.
- Consult with operations supervisors and leaders on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule manpower and resources effectively.
- Estimate costs and times for planned maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of technical information and equipment maintenance history.
We are looking for an individual with experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within any industry. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, prioritization, and planning skills are essential. Our ideal candidate should have:
- Planning experience in CMMS (SAP experience is desirable).
- A strong background in asset management, particularly in materials handling and fixed plant/mobile plant.
- Awareness of budget constraints and ability to manage resources effectively.
- Demonstrated composure under pressure and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to apply complex problem-solving and critical thinking techniques.
