  • Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to act as the first point of contact for all Property Management, Project Sales, and Residential Sales enquiries.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with day-to-day sales activities.
  • Maintain and manage data entry into the CRM system.
  • Ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented.
  • Assist with online marketing, social media, and updating project collateral.
  • Participate in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Support routine inspections and other Property Management tasks associated with our portfolio in the Illawarra region.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A desire to work within the property industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional presentation.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
  • Availability to work weekends.
