Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in cost control, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience in cost control and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in invoicing processes and procedures.
  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail.
