Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with station staff and management via various channels.
- Perform general office administration tasks and assist with monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process invoices and meet budget requirements.
- Support managers with staff notice boards, operational reports, and performance reviews.
- Assist with visitor management, including property tours and special events.
- Conduct onboarding and inductions for visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Provide administrative support to regional stations, including road train returns and payroll entry.
- Manage staff amenities, including the social club.
