Lead Animation Position

The role of Lead Animator plays a pivotal part in our animation department, overseeing the creative direction and technical aspects of feature film production.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create convincing performances and motion graphics.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to animators, promoting growth and skill development.
  • Support project schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality shots.
  • Work closely with supervisors to assign tasks, provide reference materials, and resolve creative and technical issues.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in computer-generated imagery (CGI), preferably in feature films.
  • Prior leadership experience and ability to work directly with clients/directors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in 3D space.
