Procurement is a strategic function that enables organisations to achieve their goals through effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement activities including vendor engagement, sourcing, quotation and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and organisational requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance and provide reporting and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Administer and support user access for procurement functions in TechOne, including catalogues, pricing, and inventory records.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on procurement and commercial matters, escalating issues where necessary.
About the Role:
  • Minimum tertiary qualifications in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of a procurement related profession - desirable.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, coordinate, and manage contracts, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance.
  • Strategic thinking, financial analysis, and process optimisation skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Knowledge of contract management methodologies, aged care standards, and relevant legislation is highly valued.
